Manufacturing Manager

Location: Naples, Florida, United States; onsite manufacturing and office environment.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing operations across first and second shifts and maintain accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 6S performance.
• Directly supervise first-shift operators and coach, guide, and hold the second-shift supervisor accountable.
• Coordinate shift handoffs, staffing readiness, production priorities, and escalation of operational issues.
• Monitor production performance, identify constraints, and execute corrective actions when results fall below plan.
• Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve flow, and lower costs.
• Develop cross-training, operator-led process control, self-directed work teams, and succession readiness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical, manufacturing, leadership, or business education preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading operators, team leaders, supervisors, or multiple shifts.
• Strong accountability, coaching, communication, prioritization, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality, production, cost, delivery, workplace organization, standard work, and training compliance.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use production, quality, training, communication, and reporting systems.
