Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Senatobia, Mississippi, United States; 4th shift, Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Manage production operations in line with the annual budget, monitoring progress and addressing cost issues.
• Develop programs, projects, goals, and metrics to improve operational performance and optimize working capital.
• Reduce non-value-added costs, improve revenue and customer service, and increase factory and supplier yields.
• Ensure operator training, continuous improvement practices, and production accountability across manufacturing work centers.
• Support cross-functional plant implementations and integrate lean manufacturing principles with Operational Excellence teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 5 years of experience supervising teams and managing skill matrices and attendance in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC, scrap reduction, machine and tester troubleshooting, process optimization, and output improvement.
• Ability to work the onsite 4th shift schedule in Senatobia, Mississippi.
• Existing US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not stated.

Nice to have

• Experience with semi-automatic or electrical product production lines.
