Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead a team within a production unit or line and manage the transformation of parts and raw materials into finished products.
• Ensure continuous and efficient production in line with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate production scheduling and plans to meet demand volumes and inventory service levels.
• Organize resources to achieve production targets effectively and efficiently.
• Recommend equipment and facility improvements and oversee actions that improve production performance.
• Coordinate the resolution of critical product and equipment issues with internal teams.

Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• 2–5 or more years of experience in production line operations, production management, or inventory management.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.
• Onsite work in Mebane, North Carolina is required.
