Solution Engineer - Employer Services & HR Tech (SaaS)

Location: Remote, United States; Atlanta is listed as the location. Travel up to 25% is required for client engagements, workshops, and industry events.

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 per year, plus eligibility for an incentive compensation program of approximately 20%.

What you will do

• Advise direct and indirect sales teams on Unemployment Cost Management and Offboarding solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, solution scoping, and value engineering for enterprise buyers.
• Design Statements of Work, technical requirements, data integrations, API workflows, and system configurations.
• Prepare technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and information security questionnaires.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Implementation teams to transfer client requirements into delivery.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and monitor employer tax and unemployment compliance trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales consulting within enterprise SaaS or HR technology.
• Deep experience with Unemployment Cost Management.
• Ability to architect solutions and explain technical configurations to developers and business executives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud architectures, API data exchange standards, and enterprise HCM or payroll integrations such as Workday.
• Experience building or using generative AI tools for RFP responses, solution design, or pre-sales workflows.
• Experience creating value models and business cases for enterprise HR and payroll buyers.
