Lead Technical Consultant (Cloud/AI)

Location: Hybrid role aligned to hub locations in Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta, United States; applications from outside these locations are also welcomed.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Advise CIOs, CTOs, and executive leaders on technical roadmaps and enterprise transformations.
• Serve as the executive technical authority for complex enterprise engagements and lighthouse implementations.
• Define architecture, integration, cloud delivery, and best-practice standards across the software ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Partner with Sales on pursuit strategy, scoping, and value engineering for high-value deals.
• Shape technical strategy with Google Cloud Platform and integration partners while mentoring senior consultants and architects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business or technical solutions implementation experience, including cloud architecture design, evaluation, and custom solution development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Cross-functional leadership experience, technical standards development, practice strategy contribution, and 3+ years of client or project management experience.
• Experience with scalable application architecture, DevOps, cloud platforms or APIs, containers, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, Java, and JavaScript across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to lead executive-facing workshops, create process flows and architecture diagrams, support pre-sales scoping, and explain technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Salesforce administration or technical experience, including Apex.
• 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry.
