Senior Digital Experience Designer (Fintech)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home are available. Visa sponsorship is not provided, and candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in Bulgaria.

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end web pages, including homepages, pricing pages, platform pages, and PPC and ABM landing pages.
• Create UX layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs based on user data and business objectives.
• Develop paid social and programmatic advertising creative and improve performance through A/B testing.
• Expand the design system with reusable templates and resolve UX and UI inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, SEO, ABM, Web, Brand, and engineering teams to deliver search-friendly digital experiences.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a Web, Digital, or Marketing Designer.
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex web pages, UX flows, landing pages, components, and high-performing ads.
• Deep expertise in Figma, including components, responsive design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, conversion design, analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and user research.
• Experience with user testing, A/B tests, preference tests, evidence-based design decisions, and developer-ready handoffs.
• Eligibility to work in Bulgaria must be demonstrated; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or performance-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion assets.
