Associate, Digital Experience Designer

Location: Hybrid, New York, NY, United States

Salary: $85,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Design wireframes, mockups, responsive layouts, landing pages, and site sections for Private Wealth Management and hirify.global Ayco.
• Maintain the design system and component library while ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and WCAG compliance.
• Author and publish web pages in an enterprise CMS, configure components, troubleshoot issues, and support localized page variants.
• Support responsive email design, modular templates, campaign production, and rendering QA across major email clients and devices.
• Design and implement A/B test variants in Adobe Target or equivalent tools, including pre-launch quality assurance.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, engineering, compliance, analytics, and web teams on approvals, handoffs, and backlog priorities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design and prototyping tools, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience authoring and publishing pages in an enterprise CMS; Adobe Experience Manager is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing mobile-responsive emails, modular template systems, and email rendering workflows.
• Experience configuring page variants in Adobe Target, Optimizely, or an equivalent testing platform.
• Strong knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, color, accessibility standards, and email deliverability.
• Strong quality assurance, communication, collaboration, and design system governance skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments and approval workflows.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Contentsquare.
• Experience supporting multilingual or international web builds.
• Undergraduate degree in Design, Interactive Media, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
