What you will do

• Lead the UX process from concept to delivery, creating player flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Define scalable UX frameworks and interaction patterns in partnership with leadership and cross-discipline teams.
• Design UX solutions that balance player needs, product goals, and technical constraints.
• Champion the player perspective to ensure feature clarity and satisfaction alongside Game Design and UI Art teams.
• Iterate design based on user research and playtest feedback to drive high-impact improvements.
• Elevate the studio's UX craft by driving best practices, principles, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX design experience specifically within the gaming industry.
• Strong grasp of player-centered UX and behavior translation into practical design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback in a fast-paced team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Montreal, QC.
