Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Hybrid work opportunities are available, and applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end user experience, from feature definition and wireframing through mockups and usability testing.
- Conduct user research and incorporate client needs into product improvements.
- Design accessible, intuitive workflows for commercial bankers, relationship managers, administrators, and banking leaders.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and product owners across the product organization.
- Provide design feedback and contribute to design strategy, goals, roadmap discussions, and the future direction of the design team.
Requirements
- Typically a bachelor's degree in Design or a related field with at least 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with accessibility, complex enterprise workflows, design systems, and desktop application design.
- Strong foundations in prototyping, wireframing, presenting design work, collaboration, usability best practices, and user research.
- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating direct responsibility for successful, high-impact projects that benefited end users.
- Fluent written and oral English communication and U.S. work authorization are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
