Head of HR (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own and lead the People strategy in alignment with business goals and company growth.
• Partner with managers and executives on organizational design, performance management, employee development, and leadership coaching.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Build and improve scalable HR processes, policies, and programs.
• Drive employee engagement and support a high-performance, feedback-driven culture.
• Own HR systems, people data, and analytics while partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR or People experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or Head of HR in a high-growth startup.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and coaching managers.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Experience building HR processes and programs from the ground up.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
