Senior G&A Recruiter (Contract to Hire)

Location: Onsite 5 days a week at the Santa Clara, California headquarters

Salary: $50–$80 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Legal hiring teams to define and execute hiring strategies.
• Shape job specifications, interview panels, recruiting plans, and hiring workflows.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through creative sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Conduct thoughtful candidate interviews and support hiring across managerial and non-exempt hourly roles.
• Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, efficiency, and quality of hire.
• Use market trends and recruiting data to recommend hiring process improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing, operations-focused environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations and a range of functions and role types.
• Strong ability to close candidates across different career levels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, ownership, integrity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Santa Clara, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in startup or high-growth companies.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting tools.
