Senior Recruiter (Technical & Engineering)

Location: Remote within the USA, with occasional travel to a Houston, Long Beach, or San Francisco hub for 3 days per month if based outside those hubs.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles, from sourcing and outreach through interviews, feedback, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and targeted recruiting plans.
• Source passive technical candidates through technical communities, industry networks, creative strategies, and data-driven search.
• Write compelling job descriptions and deliver a fast, high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and recruiting metrics in Greenhouse.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements as recruiting operations scale.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly for passive technical talent.
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to influence hiring managers and leaders.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and adapting as priorities change.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
