Recruiter (GTM Hiring)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site with 3+ days per week in the downtown San Francisco office.

Salary: $120K–$180K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Create creative sourcing strategies that convert outreach into recruiter calls.
• Partner with hiring managers to define team needs, assess candidates, and improve the interview process.
• Lead recruiting presence at industry events and meetups, including bringing engineers into the office.
• Build hiring infrastructure, including market maps and employer branding.
• Manage the candidate experience from sourcing through offer close.
• Expand into broader People Operations and HR work as desired.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and closing candidates for Engineering and/or GTM roles.
• Ability to operate independently as a solo recruiter.
• Critical-thinking and data-driven approach.
• Interest in using Claude or similar AI tools.
• Ability to work in person at the San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.
