Outbound Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, with a shift from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET and weekend availability required.

hirify.global provides a medication-adherence platform combining video coaching, education, motivational content, and coordinated support from pharmacists, nurses, and health coaches.

What you will do

• Conduct primarily outbound, high-volume outreach to eligible patients by phone, SMS, email, and video.
• Introduce Scene services, identify patient needs, and guide patients through enrollment and onboarding.
• Use empathetic listening and motivational support to address objections, frustrations, health barriers, and escalations.
• Help patients download, set up, and troubleshoot the Spotlight mobile app, including profile creation and video testing.
• Connect patients with primary care providers, laboratories, pharmacies, health plans, and other healthcare resources.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics, interaction records, enrollment statuses, and follow-ups in Salesforce and other database systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in health education, patient engagement, or a related healthcare role.
• Background in health coaching, public health, or community health work, plus experience in patient enrollment, onboarding, sales, or a call-center environment.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex health concepts clearly and empathetically.
• Experience with phone, SMS, and video outreach, database systems, and mobile applications.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Weekend availability is required.

Nice to have

• Certification as a health coach, medical assistant, community health worker, pharmacy technician, or similar healthcare professional.
• Experience working with individuals insured by Medicaid.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
