Patient Enrollment Specialist - Contractor (Evening Shift)

Location: United States — fully remote; Monday–Friday, 2–10 PM ET or 3–11 PM ET

Compensation: $22 per hour, plus potential for an additional $200 per week bonus

What you will do

• Educate potential patients and family members about the healthcare program, answer questions, address objections, and enroll eligible patients.
• Make outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound calls from potential patients.
• Assist patients with navigating the program app and website, providing technical support when needed.
• Assess eligibility using provided documentation and maintain accurate records, including insurance, provider, and clinical information.
• Schedule patient sessions, follow up with interested patients, send educational materials, and communicate relevant information to other parties.
• Meet weekly productivity targets and attend training on cardiac rehabilitation and program updates.

Requirements

• Experience engaging with customers or patients in a sales capacity.
• Experience working in a quota-driven environment and making outbound calls.
• Strong judgment and communication skills when handling different situations.
• Experience using technology in a professional setting.
• Ability to work the specified evening schedule while based in the United States.
