Bilingual Phone Representative (Healthcare)

hirify.global is hiring for a virtual pediatric healthcare provider specializing in multispecialty ADHD care.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective families and guide them through patient onboarding.
• Schedule initial appointments and explain billing, insurance information, services, procedures, and expectations.
• Navigate objections and difficult conversations while supporting patients with consent forms and diagnostic uploads.
• Maintain client relationships, support product adoption, and monitor engagement and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with care operations, revenue operations, product, engineering, billing, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain CRM records, gather feedback, support HIPAA-related compliance, and improve internal workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inbound and outbound phone-based sales or telemarketing.
• Native or C1+ Spanish and C1+ English required for bilingual, patient-facing communication.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or sales software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or an equivalent platform.
• Experience with telephony or customer service platforms such as Zendesk or equivalent.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales or call-volume targets.
• Experience explaining billing, insurance, or other complex financial information, plus proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, telehealth, or patient-facing clinical experience.
• Familiarity with patient onboarding, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, consent forms, or medical documentation.
• Experience as an early hire on a newly formed or scaling team.
