Member & Provider Care Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas

Salary: $22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, secure messages, and email communications with members and providers.
• Manage assigned queues and caseloads using internal dashboards and resolve issues within established SLAs.
• Investigate complex member and provider concerns, communicate findings and resolutions, and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, experts, leads, production teams, and optimization teams to identify trends and remove roadblocks.
• Support Member and Provider Services representatives with complex workflows, questions, and training.
• Maintain knowledge management content, track network issues, and help improve member and provider experiences.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of member or customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of escalation experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
• Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of claims experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• High school diploma or GED.
