Organization Change Management Specialist (R-00217)

What you will do

• Assess stakeholder, process, role, and operational impacts of planned Zero Trust implementations.
• Develop change-readiness, stakeholder-engagement, communication, and transition activities for implementation waves.
• Support operational readiness assessments by identifying adoption dependencies, training needs, process changes, and organizational risks.
• Coordinate with system owners and operating teams to document transition needs while respecting Government operational ownership.
• Capture adoption lessons learned and incorporate them into implementation plans, playbooks, and reusable patterns.
• Create process documentation and handoff materials that support sustained use of Zero Trust capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in change management, technology adoption, transformation, or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations affecting multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, impact assessment, communication, and transition-planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams in a Federal environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity or Zero Trust transformation.
• Experience with Prosci ADKAR or comparable change methodologies.
• Experience supporting large distributed organizations.
• Prosci Change Practitioner, CCMP, or PMP certification.
