What you will do

• Implement OCM strategies and plans for global client engagements, specifically focusing on technology transformations.
• Perform detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to create data-driven action plans.
• Manage stakeholder and business engagement to drive technology adoption.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication campaigns and client-specific training programs.
• Track and analyze OCM metrics to measure the success of client initiatives.
• Support pre-sales activities and the development of OCM proposals and internal tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of OCM Change Management experience in consulting, preferably within technology consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, psychology, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and change impact management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Tenant migrations or similar projects.
• Certifications in OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) or Project Management (e.g., Prince2).
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, or cloud transformation environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Poppulo.
• Technical certifications like ITIL.
