Sales Enablement Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (United States)

Base salary: $180,000–$220,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and evolve an AI-powered knowledge ecosystem serving as a single source of truth for the go-to-market organization.
• Design AI-powered workflows, assistants, and knowledge retrieval experiences.
• Develop scalable onboarding, certification, and learning experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Presales, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to keep knowledge current.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, recommend high-impact use cases, and drive AI adoption.
• Establish governance, taxonomy, and sustainable knowledge management processes.

Requirements

• Curiosity, coachability, ownership, learning agility, and passion for AI and knowledge sharing.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with knowledge management platforms; exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or structured knowledge systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS platforms, instructional design, or sales enablement.
• Experience with Obsidian, Markdown, documentation systems, or Git.
