Technical/Manufacturing Instructor (Manufacturing)

Location: Mason, Ohio, United States; onsite at the Mason headquarters when not traveling, with overnight travel required 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual technical training for customers and employees.
• Mentor instructors on subject matter, course content, and delivery techniques.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of course content throughout its lifecycle.
• Deliver training in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the Quality Management System.
• Track completed courses, issues, and absences, and assess program effectiveness through feedback.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure consistent delivery, ongoing support, learning, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of instructor-based experience.
• Ability to work onsite at the Mason, Ohio headquarters when not traveling.
• Availability for overnight travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to maintain technical knowledge through hirify.global product and industry training.

Nice to have

• Experience in the health science field.
