Master Software Developer (AI Generative)

Location: Remote from Brazil or Colombia

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications for complex enterprise workflows.
• Build customizable agent solutions and reusable Python tooling with LangChain, DeepAgents, Strands AI, or similar Agent SDKs.
• Develop RAG pipelines, external knowledge integrations, memory management, and context orchestration strategies.
• Design secure sandboxed execution environments and MCP tooling with authentication, permissions, versioning, retries, and auditability.
• Implement observability, tracing, logging, monitoring, automated evaluation, regression testing, hallucination detection, and quality gates.
• Build human-in-the-loop approval workflows and manage prompt versioning, model routing, fallback strategies, and token and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English at C1 level or higher is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Strong Python skills and software engineering best practices, including backend AI workflows and automated orchestration.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, production-ready AI systems with model evaluation, deployment, observability, and operational reliability.
• Experience with agent execution pipelines, CI/CD integrations, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized AI workloads.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments with international clients and global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying Generative AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI/ML pipeline automation, AI security, governance, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
• Certifications in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, or AI Engineering.
