AI Adoption Lead / AI Evangelist

What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven innovation and develop AI strategies aligned with business goals.
• Assess and prioritize AI initiatives, define roadmaps, and support delivery from ideation through implementation.
• Collaborate with executives, business stakeholders, technology teams, developers, and data scientists to design AI solutions.
• Guide the use of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and AI-enabled software development practices.
• Establish governance frameworks, usage policies, quality standards, responsible AI principles, and guardrails.
• Lead workshops, training, change management, stakeholder communication, and measurement of adoption, KPIs, and ROI.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI consulting, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of AI and ML concepts, including large language models, NLP, computer vision, and retrieval-augmented systems.
• Proficiency with Python and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of MLOps, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, AI ethics, data privacy, and governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and prioritization skills in complex environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI platforms.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, and retrieval infrastructure.
• Experience with agent-based workflows, AI-augmented delivery models, pre-sales, or business development.
• Background in travel and hospitality or AI governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Published AI articles, presentations, or thought leadership contributions.
