What you will do

• Act as a senior AI advisor for enterprise clients to design, adopt, and scale AI-driven solutions.
• Bridge business and technical perspectives by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives by contributing to business analysis and strategy.
• Align analytical insights with technical feasibility to ensure successful solution outcomes.
• Apply structured consulting approaches across diverse client scenarios and industries.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in Agile delivery environments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience leading AI, ML, or GenAI initiatives using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of AI solution lifecycles, including data readiness, MLOps, and deployment.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP, and advanced data science.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops for C-level audiences.
