Senior AI Engineer (LLMs & Agentic AI) (Python/LLM/MCP): Building production-grade LLM applications, agentic AI systems, conversational experiences, and intelligent workflows with an accent on tool calling, context management, orchestration, and model evaluation. Focus on authoring MCP servers, designing intent routing across APIs and data sources, optimizing prompts and model performance, and validating production AI quality.

What you will do
- Build and maintain MCP servers, tool definitions, and context-management capabilities.
- Design intent classification, evaluation, and routing workflows across APIs and data sources.
- Integrate Anthropic and OpenAI models into production environments.
- Manage prompt versioning, fallback strategies, and LLM performance optimization.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and SQL-based monitoring for model quality and production performance.
- Collaborate on backend chat/MCP behavior, architecture discussions, and AI platform design.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience building production AI applications with Python and LLM technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong Python, software engineering, and SQL skills, including work with cloud data warehouses.
- Personally authored and built an MCP server; integration or consumption alone is insufficient.
- Experience with agentic or conversational AI, prompt engineering, LLM integrations, orchestration, and evaluation methodologies.
- Professional and conversational English proficiency sufficient for technical interviews and deep-dive discussions.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying, fine-tuning, and evaluating open-source models with Hugging Face.
- GPU acceleration, inference optimization, and MLOps experience.
- Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, applied NLP, and client-facing AI products.
