What you will do

• Develop and deliver data products and GenAI solutions within cross-functional squads.
• Deploy and operate ML/GenAI models in scalable, production-ready environments.
• Facilitate the adoption of the company's Data & AI Platform across different domains.
• Manage infrastructure, observability, and performance monitoring for AI/ML systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC practices, and platform automation to ensure high engineering standards.
• Support experimentation frameworks and internal tooling for GenAI development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, Uruguay, Argentina, or Colombia.
• Professional experience with GCP or similar cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Python and backend engineering practices.
• Proven experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker containerization, and SWE best practices.
• Practical experience with MLOps tools such as Airflow, MLflow, and model deployment pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability and incident response systems.
• Background in platform operations.
