AI/ML Engineer (GenAI)

Location: Monterrey, Montevideo, Rosario, or remote from Argentina or Colombia

What you will do

• Develop and deliver data products and AI/GenAI solutions within domain teams.
• Build, deploy, and operate scalable, production-ready GenAI and ML models.
• Facilitate adoption of the LATAM Data & AI Platform and accelerate delivery across squads.
• Manage infrastructure for AI/ML products, including observability, performance, and reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and platform automation.
• Collaborate with software engineering, data, MLOps, and DevOps teams and support experimentation frameworks and internal GenAI tools.

Requirements

• Experience with GCP or a comparable cloud provider such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong Python knowledge.
• Backend engineering experience with APIs and services, plus GenAI or ML/MLOps experience with tools such as Airflow, MLflow, pipelines, and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Docker, containerization, and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with model deployment, model serving, and operating AI/ML systems in production.

• Experience with observability, incident response, or platform operations.
