Senior Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, USA; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $195,000–$225,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the member experience across onboarding, personalized daily plans, AI guidance, and long-term engagement.
• Deliver AI-powered experiences across app, chat, voice, and proactive interfaces.
• Define the future of Digital Twin interactions and translate complex health information into actionable guidance.
• Use user research, behavioral data, experimentation, and clinical outcomes to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Translate behavioral, clinical, and technical problems into intuitive product experiences and clear requirements.
• Align executive leadership and cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Clinical, and AI/ML.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing mobile and web products.
• Experience defining product vision and strategy and delivering products from concept through measurable outcomes.
• Experience building AI-powered consumer experiences, ideally with LLMs, conversational AI, or personalization.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, behavior change, engagement, and habit formation.
• Experience with product metrics, experimentation, analytics, cross-functional leadership, and complex product delivery.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
