Senior Demand and Supply Analyst (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid role in Waltham, Massachusetts, with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home

Salary: $116,479.18–$145,598.98 annually

What you will do

• Model demand and supply plans for the robotics portfolio to support product availability and healthy inventory levels.
• Lead cross-functional forecasting reviews with Sales, Service, Production, Purchasing, Fulfillment, Engineering, and Operations.
• Manage demand consolidation, ERP demand loading, MRP issue resolution, and planning data integrity.
• Define safety stock levels and manage product lifecycle, buffer strategies, and end-of-life products.
• Perform scenario planning, audit forecasts and inventory signals, and support long-range forecasting and excess-and-obsolete inventory reduction.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards measuring forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, cost reduction, on-time delivery, and backlog aging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of hands-on demand and supply planning and data analytics experience, or 5+ years with a relevant master’s degree.
• Advanced data modeling skills, including complex Excel functions and statistical baseline forecasting methods.
• Proven experience with ERP systems; Rootstock is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present complex data to leadership.

Nice to have

• SQL and Python experience.
• Experience establishing standardized processes in evolving or ambiguous environments.
