Working Student – Legal

Location: Hybrid in Munich or Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Review, draft, organize, and support digital workflows for commercial, vendor, partnership, and smart contract agreements.
• Implement and optimize AI-driven tools for contract support, legal research, and commercial agreement workflows.
• Improve internal legal documentation, templates, process checklists, and legal operations using AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Research financial regulation, AML and compliance, data protection, corporate law, and employment law.
• Monitor regulatory changes, update internal stakeholders, and support regulatory and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, People, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program and available for at least the next six months.
• Strong interest in AI, technology, legal operations, fintech, or compliance regulations.
• Ability to visualize and document legal processes and identify inefficiencies.
• English at C1 level or above required; German is helpful for reviewing documents.
• Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.
