Legal Counsel (AI/Robotics)

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate national and international contracts, including license, development, cooperation, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Ensure legal compliance across company activities, with a focus on intellectual property and technology partnerships.
• Support corporate governance matters, corporate law topics, and related processes.
• Assess legal issues involving artificial intelligence, data protection, and liability for autonomous systems and machine learning.
• Work with R&D, product management, and executive leadership to shape strategic business decisions from a legal perspective.

Requirements

• Degree in business law, such as an LL.B., LL.M., or comparable qualification.
• Strong interest in legal topics within a technology-driven environment.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• Professional negotiation-level fluency in German and English.
