What you will do

• Execute insurance business process transactions accurately and according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to support managed business process services.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and analyze operational data.
• Identify process bottlenecks and support quality assurance activities.
• Maintain process documentation and help analyze data trends and reporting.
• Work with the team to meet performance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience and proven experience in business process transactions.
• Proficiency in business process management and optimization.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Continuous learning and up-to-date industry and technology knowledge.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP.
• Significant additional relevant work experience.
