What you will do

• Develop and maintain data infrastructure, services, and pipelines for robot software.
• Build and manage APIs and internal platforms for researchers and operators.
• Solve critical bottlenecks in the software stack from training to production.
• Collaborate in a flat, senior-level team where ownership and speed are prioritized.
• Deploy code to real-world robots within days or weeks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Redwood City, CA.
• Exceptional software engineering skills with a background in distributed systems, compilers, or large-scale infrastructure.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for solving physical intelligence problems in real-world environments.
