Solutions Engineer, PreSales - Senior to Staff Level (US) (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and strategic partners.
• Own the technical narrative across C-suite discussions and deep-dive engineering sessions.
• Educate customers on the platform, structured content, and content operations at scale.
• Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, proof of concepts, and onboarding.
• Build showcase implementations, enablement programs, and best-practice guides.
• Represent customer requirements to product and engineering, influence the roadmap, and mentor Solutions Engineers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in enterprise solution selling, including Fortune 500 accounts and cross-functional decision-makers up to C-level.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, and Git, with the ability to design and demonstrate working technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex architectures to executives and business problems to engineers.
• Proven discovery skills, including leading discussions, uncovering customer pain, and mapping it to a path forward.
• Familiarity with CMS and content operations, plus genuine curiosity about the role of AI in these areas.
• A solution-oriented mindset that is creative, structured, autonomous, and comfortable leading without a finished playbook.
