Senior Data Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States

Salary: $150,000–$187,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for data platforms, third-party integrations, metrics, proprietary data models, and end-user data capabilities.
• Own integrations across referral, billing, marketing, clinical, and operational systems while resolving technical dependencies.
• Establish requirements for data quality, validation, monitoring, alerting, and reliable sources of truth.
• Build self-service analytics, configurable attribution, marketer-controlled segmentation, and practical AI-powered automation.
• Lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Define success metrics and use data to evaluate product impact and guide continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on data platforms, data products, or data infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ELT, cloud data warehousing, transformation, orchestration, BI and semantic layers, and reverse ETL.
• Ability to use SQL and reason independently about data grain, joins, duplication, completeness, and data quality.
• Experience leading complex product initiatives across multiple teams, systems, integrations, and technical dependencies.
• Experience defining metrics, resolving conflicting definitions, building trusted data foundations, and enabling self-service data access.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, automation, large language models, and decision-support systems, along with strong product strategy and stakeholder-management skills.
