Senior Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; on-site field service support required.

Salary: $49.59–$74.39 per hour, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits for regular employees working 20+ hours per week.

What you will do

• Perform on-site installation and operational quality checks for complex equipment and systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair hardware and software systems, PCs, and wired or wireless networks.
• Instruct customers in system operation and maintenance.
• Act as the company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.
• Clarify responsibility for problem resolution across sales, customer support, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
• 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Ability to provide on-site customer support and troubleshoot complex equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, PCs, networking, or wireless networking.
