Field Service Engineer II (C2) (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade hirify.global equipment at customer sites alongside Senior Field Service Engineers.
• Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Communicate directly with customers and coordinate activities to support smooth equipment operation.
• Follow safety, environmental, cleanroom, and on-site operating requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification; an Associate degree is the minimum required education.
• 1–2 years of customer or field service support experience, or experience in a related technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and resolve basic technical challenges.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters, plus basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport if travel is required, and ability to meet physical, safety, environmental, and cleanroom requirements.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of customer or field service support experience or related technical experience.
