Senior Recruiter (Semiconductor)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and leadership roles across semiconductor engineering, manufacturing, and technical program management.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, organizational design, and hiring strategy.
• Build talent networks and sourcing pipelines across semiconductor companies, fabs, EDA, foundries, equipment, and materials organizations.
• Lead sourcing for niche and passive candidates using knowledge of semiconductor disciplines and terminology.
• Manage multiple concurrent, confidential, and executive-level searches while driving candidate experience through offer negotiation and closing.
• Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators and contribute to talent acquisition processes, tooling, and employer branding.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant semiconductor industry experience.
• Proven recruiting experience for technical semiconductor roles, including design, process and integration, product and test engineering, packaging, CAD/EDA, or manufacturing.
• Strong semiconductor talent network and fluency in industry-specific terminology, organizational structures, and career paths.
• Experience partnering with Director-level and more senior technical leaders on hiring strategy, headcount planning, and organizational design.
• Demonstrated ability to close passive candidates in competitive talent markets and manage a high-volume, complex requisition load independently.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor and hardware/technology compensation structures, equity, and leveling practices, plus communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
