What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer close.
• Build and manage pipelines of high-quality candidates for engineering and operations teams.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards.
• Create strong candidate experiences from initial outreach through offer.
• Iterate on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, systems, reporting, and employer-brand initiatives across LinkedIn, events, and referrals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to finding top talent.
• Experience recruiting software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
• Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication, judgment, and candidate-closing skills.
• Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.
• Organized, fast-moving, and motivated to make hiring a strategic advantage.
