What you will do

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles.
• Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through creative sourcing.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Craft exceptional candidate journeys from the initial outreach to the final offer.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes, metrics, and reporting systems.
• Enhance the employer brand across professional networks and industry events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven track record in high-growth startup environments.
• Deep proficiency in sourcing and engaging top-tier technical talent.
• Strong communication, candidate closing, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end recruitment with minimal oversight.
• Genuine interest in AI technologies and early-stage company building.
