Location: San Mateo, CA. Must be based in San Mateo or be able to relocate to the USA. Hybrid setup with three anchor days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

Salary: $165,000 – $195,000 USD

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and GTM roles, specifically supporting the Gitar integration and sales organization.
• Partner with engineering and sales leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead technical hiring for the acquired Gitar team, defining role scopes and calibrating technical bars.
• Proactively source and build robust talent pipelines for both technical and commercial functions.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent searches while maintaining high standards for candidate experience and quality.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate recruiting workflows to scale the function efficiently.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a full-cycle recruiter for both technical/engineering and GTM/sales roles.
• Deep knowledge of the Bay Area and US talent market, including compensation benchmarks and trends.
• Strong proactive sourcing background and a "hunter" mindset for building pipelines from scratch.
• Proven experience working with global stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally supporting M&A integration.

• Prior experience recruiting in the AI, developer tools, or enterprise software space.
