Bilingual Channel Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity, French, EMEA)

What you will do

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Keeper products and channel partners across EMEA.
• Identify technical requirements, match them to Keeper solutions, and address customer questions and objections during the sales cycle.
• Deliver remote and onsite product demonstrations, technical presentations, product trials, evaluations, training, and partner enablement.
• Support implementation and integrations and provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers.
• Collaborate with channel account management, product development, and engineering teams to strengthen partner capability and drive revenue.
• Maintain Salesforce activity and issue updates, monitor industry and competitive developments, and travel to customer meetings as required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a pre-sales technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
• Native French and fluent English, both verbal and written; communication with German- and English-speaking partners is required.
• Strong Windows and Active Directory administration experience, with knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
• Technical background in networking, security applications, and cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; willingness to travel up to 50%.
