SAP Center of Excellence Manager

What you will do

• Manage the SAP Center of Excellence team across FTM, Controlling, PTP, OTC, Basis, and development.
• Plan workloads and allocate resources between S/4HANA rollouts and BAU maintenance activities.
• Deliver S/4HANA rollouts in line with the global European template.
• Oversee production system operations, maintenance, and user support.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, SAP Governance, and SAP Project & Change Management teams.
• Manage external suppliers, monitor delivery risks, and maintain process consistency across countries and workstreams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in an SAP functional area such as FTM, OTC, PTP, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of team management experience and experience leading a functional CoE or similar structure.
• Experience with SAP rollouts and system maintenance, ideally ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong supplier management skills, including resource allocation, SLAs, and delivery quality.
• Experience with global template models, capacity planning, and multi-workstream environments.
• Very good command of English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
• SAP Activate or ITIL knowledge.
• Experience with GBS or SSC environments.
• Experience with AI in SAP or finance processes, including implementation or use-case identification.
