Technical Platform Owner (PRO)

Location: Hybrid role based in São Paulo, Brazil or Raritan, New Jersey, United States.

What you will do

• Define the global Professional Relations & Operations product vision, strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, backlog management, release readiness, adoption, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate dependencies across commercial platforms, compliance, privacy, legal, finance, contracting, data, security, integrations, and adjacent customer-experience management capabilities.
• Own platform operations, service levels, incident management, business continuity, lifecycle management, and production support.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, suppliers, systems integrators, resource plans, and value realization.
• Lead and develop employees, contractors, and delivery partners while establishing clear governance and decision rights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in product management, platform management, enterprise applications, commercial technology, or technology delivery.
• Experience leading global enterprise products in professional relations, customer engagement, CRM, regulated workflows, compliance-sensitive processes, or comparable environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, integration and API patterns, data platforms, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, suppliers, systems integrators, delivery commitments, risk, change control, service operations, and incident leadership.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, facilitation, people leadership, and responsible AI skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in MedTech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with professional-relations operations, regulated commercial workflows, global template governance, and controlled regional variation.
• Experience integrating Dynamics or comparable platforms with customer, contracting, finance, payment, document, analytics, and identity services.
• Experience with organizational change, process simplification, product adoption, data-quality improvement, legacy-platform retirement, or SAFe.
