Senior Strategy Manager - AI & Operations (AI)

Wellz is hirify.global’s corporate mental health platform, offering online therapy, group sessions, interactive content, specialist chat support, and data-driven wellbeing dashboards.

What you will do

• Select Wellz workflows to rebuild around AI agents and define ownership, success metrics, and kill or graduation criteria.
• Own Wellz’s contribution to hirify.global’s company-wide AI transformation program and report progress to executive leadership.
• Drive operational adoption and behavior change across target teams.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options using data, ROI, and operational requirements.
• Communicate what is live, in pilot, or sunsetted to Wellz and hirify.global executives.

Requirements

• Based in São Paulo and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Proven experience shipping an AI agent or workflow into production, beyond prototypes.
• Technical comfort with tools for independent testing and iteration.
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and prioritize workflow redesign using evidence.
• Experience building trust and driving change across Revenue, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Clinical Operations, and Transformation without direct line authority.
• Ability to interface with hirify.global’s global AI leadership is mandatory.
