Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal or São Paulo, Brazil. Office-first with the possibility to work remotely 52 days per year.

What you will do

• Own retention across the hirify.globalPulse SaaS platform, Chrome Extension, MCP, and hirify.global.ai.
• Develop MCP and agentic workflows that connect sellers’ routine processes to hirify.globalPulse data.
• Build onboarding journeys that move users from the existing product into MCP.
• Turn top-seller cases into product decisions, skills, and product webinars.
• Set up product analytics and release dashboards, including for the newly launched mobile app.
• Support the free, Diamond, Ultra, Bundle, and Enterprise subscription plans while driving loosely defined problems end to end.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Product Manager experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of making decisions based on numbers.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools beyond basic prompting.
• Ownership, curiosity, and readiness to explore new domains, speak with users, and work without a ready-made playbook.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Technical background.
• Fluent Portuguese and knowledge of the Brazilian market.
• Experience with B2B or data products.
