Mental Health Therapist

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States

Compensation: $65 per visit, or $74 per visit for Medicaid-enrolled therapists with a California license.

What you will do

• Deliver individual therapy sessions virtually by secure video and phone for adolescent and adult clients.
• Assess clients, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with support teams to facilitate client care and resolve technical issues.
• Manage client care independently using clinical judgment in a telehealth setting.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Active independent-practice license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience providing therapy independently in an unsupervised practice setting.
• Experience supporting clients with PTSD, depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms, plus the ability to work autonomously.
• Candidates who have opted out of Medicare or are in the opt-out period cannot be considered.
