Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: Tempe, United States; remote sessions available, with optional in-person care

Pay: $70–$92 per hour, based on license type, session location, and session type.

What you will do

• Provide independent therapy through telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Manage your own practice and onboard existing clients.
• Accept referrals and build a caseload across various specialties.

• Deliver relationship-driven, ethically grounded care while reducing administrative workload.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Full state licensure to provide therapy independently and without supervision is required.
• Eligible licenses include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, and LP.
• For in-person sessions, therapists are responsible for securing their own location.
