Mental Health Therapist (AI)

Location: Huntsville, United States; remote sessions or in-person sessions

Pay: $70–$88 per hour, based on license type, session location, and session type.

What you will do

• Provide independent therapy to clients through telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Manage a flexible caseload and set working hours within your own practice.
• Onboard existing clients and accept new referrals through the platform.
• Use AI-powered tools for clinical notes, session takeaways, preparation, goal setting, treatment plans, and client reflections.
• Deliver relationship-driven, ethically grounded care while reducing administrative work.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Full state-board licensure to provide therapy independently without supervision is required.
• Eligible licenses include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, and LP.
• Therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in-person sessions.
