Mental Health Therapist

Location: Portland, United States; remote work with telehealth or in-person sessions

Pay: $72–$102 per hour, based on license type, session location, and session type.

What you will do

• Provide independent therapy through telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Manage a flexible practice and maintain your own working schedule.
• Support existing clients while accepting new referrals through the platform.
• Use AI-powered tools for clinical notes, session takeaways, session preparation, goal setting, treatment planning, and client reflections.
• Deliver relationship-driven, ethically grounded care while reducing administrative workload.
• Work with a dedicated account manager to develop your practice across relevant specialties.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Full licensure by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision.
• Accepted license types include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, and LP.
• Ability to practice in the relevant U.S. state is required.
