Location: Based onsite in New York City or San Francisco, five days per week

Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Architect and steward product strategy for hirify.global’s AI agent platform.
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and execute autonomous work.
• Partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams to write requirements and define quality frameworks.
• Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners.
• Use data and evaluation systems to uncover patterns and improve system reliability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven experience launching 0-to-1 customer-facing AI products where systems take meaningful actions autonomously.
• Strong technical depth to operate as a peer with ML engineers and reason through system tradeoffs.
• Experience operating in highly ambiguous startup environments with fast iteration cycles.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and hands-on experience building with AI systems.
• Must be based in New York City or San Francisco.
