Product Manager (AI/Marketplace): Owning and evolving the staffing product within a two-sided marketplace for the industrial supply chain with an accent on marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, and enterprise B2B workflows. Focus on translating operational complexity into scalable product systems and building AI-driven productivity tools for manufacturing and logistics.

Location: Onsite in New York City or San Francisco (5 days per week)

Salary: $210,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Architect product strategy for critical staffing and marketplace workflows.
• Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs and operational realities.
• Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering teams to execute solutions.
• Build systems to improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, and matching quality.
• Scale operations by designing smart internal tooling and technical solutions.
• Launch and iterate products across various customers, regions, and operational environments.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes.
• Deep experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics.
• Experience building enterprise B2B products for multi-stakeholder customers.
• Experience creating internal operational tooling or systems.
• Must be based in New York City or San Francisco for 5-day-per-week onsite work.
